Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is prepared for shipping, shipped, or delivered, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped to you from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to contact us to initiate the return.
