At HaloHealthcare.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of the order date. *

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in good condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns after 30 days.

  • Defective or incorrect items: Please provide an image, and these items qualify for a full refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will apply.

  • Opened or used products: Not eligible for return.

  • Products missing the serial number or UPC: Not eligible for return.

  • Non-returnable items: Face masks, perishable items, personal care products, cosmetics, clearance items, mattresses, and some sale items.

  • Return shipping costs: We do not cover return shipping costs for items that are no longer needed or wanted.

Sanitary Return Policy

We cannot accept returns of any opened or used products that cannot be properly sanitized. This includes items with cloth, foam, mesh, or other porous materials. If you are unsure about your product’s eligibility, please contact us for more information.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us with your order number, product description, and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions. We may require a photo to determine eligibility.

  3. Return Label: Once approved, we will send you instructions for how to return items from your order via email.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of shipping the return. This includes time for transit (5-10 business days), processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing (5-10 business days).

US Returns

At this time, we are unable to accept returns from US locations. Please ensure your order is final before purchasing if you are located in the United States.

Sealed in Original Packaging (Never Opened):

  • Bath safety products (bath, shower)

Original Packaging, No Wear Marks:

Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty for unopened products. Returns or exchanges for faulty/defective products depend on the brand’s response and may involve submitting images or videos for evaluation. Please note we are not able to provide technical services.
