Delivery times vary based on location and stock availability, with a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping. Most Canadian orders ship within 1-10 business days.

On July 30, an Executive Order was issued by the White House regarding the elimination of the de minimis exemption, effective August 29, 2025. This order outlines that the low-value goods exemption to duties to the US (under $800 US) will be removed from all countries.
Until the effects of the removal of de minimis are fully understood by ourselves and postal authorities, we are suspending all orders and shipments to the US. We expect to resume servicing our valued US customers once we have built the necessary collection and tariff mechanisms into our systems.

The following heavy or oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy:

- Protein Shake Tubs (5 lbs and higher from brands such as Mutant, Nutrabolics, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, Allmax, Precision, PVL, PS)

Additional Information
Order Address Errors: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect and the order is returned to sender, you will be responsible for additional fees to correct the address and reship the order.
In-Store Pickup: Skip shipping fees by selecting the "Pick up" option at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection (ID required).
Safe Drop Shipments: We do not offer safe drop shipments. All orders must be received by someone at the delivery location.
