The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

We currently don't offer pre-ordering. However, we do have a customer notification system that lets you sign up for updates when a product you want is back in stock.

To sign up for back-in-stock notifications, visit the out-of-stock product page you'd like to be notified about, and click the black button under the "Out of Stock" button that says "Notify Me When Available":

Once you click the black button, a form will pop up on the screen. Simply enter your email address, check the box if you'd like to subscribe for news and exclusive offers, and then click "Notify Me". We will send you an email as soon as the product you requested is available again.

How often are items restocked?

Our team works hard to keep your favourite items in stock as often as possible.

We stock a wide range of products and are constantly adding new products, so aside from our seasonal offers, you can always find something new and exciting when you shop with us!
