Do your products come with a warranty?

We guarantee any of the products made by us or sold through our online store are free of defects. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions*:

- The item must have been sold on our online store

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item please reach out to our support for more information on how to proceed.

* Warranty is within 30 days of unopened products. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

*We are not able to provide technical services. With proper images and/or videos we may be able to reach out to the brand to request a replacement part, return will be dependent on the brand’s response. Product may not always be available for a faulty/defective item replacement if outside of our purchasing warranty of 30 days.
