How to re-activate your account details

We just launched our new website! If you've registered with us before October 19th, 2022, please note that you won't be able to log in with your credentials. Simply create a new account with the same email address to re-activate your account details and order history.

What will happen to my past orders?

After registering for a new account, your old account details will be synced. Please reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat if you have any questions or concerns.

Will I lose any points or rewards?

By creating an account on our new website, we'll sync all of your rewards account details so you won't lose any points or rewards.
